13 to 21 (minimal protection) - Maintain full ROM- Improve muscular control, strength, power, and endurance- Practice core stabilization and conditioning- Weekly functional testing begins at week 16- Weekly TSK-11 administration begins at week 16- Sport-specific training begins at week 20
22 to 26 (advance to strengthening) - Maintain full ROM- Improve strength, power, and endurance- Advance functional activities
26 to 32 (return-to-sports) - Enhance strength, power, and endurance- Pass all functional assessments (Table 3)- Maintain mobility
