Lymphangiography is the radiologic study that is not routinely performed because of its technical difficulty and highly skillful procedure. In cases of lymphoma and metastatic cancer of lymphatics, however, lymphangiography has a significant role in staging of tumor, determination of the therapeutic plan, follow-up study and evaluation of prognosis.
